Selectline trainee Aaron!

Which study are you currently following, Aaron?

I’m currently in my fourth year of SPECO Sports and Communication at Fontys Hogeschool at Tilburg. After I did my internship in the media department of NAC Breda in the third year, I will now accept the challenge to support Selectline in the field of Marketing and Communication.

What is your favourite football club and why?

My favourite football club is Ajax. When I was young, I came in contact with this beautiful club. Twelve years ago, my parents took me to Ajax – Dinamo Kiev, which was a game held in the qualifiers for the group stage of the Champions League. I can still remember the atmosphere, which was overwhelming. Since that moment, I’ve watched a lot of games at the Johan Cruijff Arena.

What do you like to do outside office hours?

I’ve always been a huge fan of playing many sports. I didn’t always play in a competition format, but mostly just for fun. Just to name a couple activities: football, tennis, volleyball, swimming, fitness and skiing.

Why did you decide to do an internship at Selectline?

I always wanted to work in the world of sports. Preferably at a football related business. I had never thought about the world of line marking paints before, so this was really interesting to hear about. Moreover, there was a vacancy for marketing and communication, which I immediately applied for. Graphic design and social media really grab my attention, so I was pleased I could help Selectline with that. During the first meeting, I got a good impression of the great atmosphere at the office. I can only think of productive and eductional months to come.
