As an International Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth in Germany, the Netherlands, and beyond. You will support distributors and end customers, advising them on innovative products and shaping the future of sports field markings: • Develop and implement sales strategies that emphasize Unique Selling Points (USPs); • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with partners and customers to provide customized solutions and expert advice. Work with a B2B focus as a close partner of distributors for mutual success; • Identify new business areas in new markets and collaborate with the team to influence product development and market strategies; • You will be on the road frequently but also work in a home office environment, closely connected with international colleagues, providing flexibility in your work approach.
In addition to a strong personality, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something, you bring the following: • Completed education or a comparable commercial qualification; • Experience in sales and building a sales network; • Fluent language skills in Dutch, English, and German; • Passion and affinity for sports; • Enjoy traveling and enthusiasm for meeting new contacts and cultures; • Familiarity with MS Office products and already acquainted with a CRM system (Salesforce is used within Lumiforte).

Additionally, Lumiforte produces coatings for the glass and horticulture sector, aiming to ensure production regardless of local conditions through optimal light and heat protection. All developed coatings meet the highest quality standards. Lumiforte has two state-of-the-art production facilities in the Netherlands and France with over 70 employees. All necessary business units (R&D, production, marketing, sales, and logistics) are in-house. Sales offices are located in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Georgia, Mexico, Canada, and China.
